Trademark registration in Nepal is governed by the Patent, Design and Trademark Act, 2022 (1965).

Trademark Registration Process in Nepal:
- Search for trademark availability at the Department of Industry (DOI)
- File an application with necessary documents
- Examination by the DOI
- Publication in the IP Bulletin
- Opposition window (35 days)
- Final registration and certificate issuance

Validity
