4. No attorney-client relationship exists until we have confirmed engagement in writing.

5. Payments and Fees

1. All payments for legal services are to be made in Nepalese Rupees (NPR).
2. Payment terms will be specified in the engagement letter or invoice.
3. Delays in payment may lead to suspension or termination of services.
4. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.

6. Confidentiality
